When to Order the Reports
Most reports are ordered during the cooling off period. Once you have your offer accepted and a contract is signed. A combined pest and building can be ordered.
If the property is proceeding to auction we can arrange for the building and pest to be done prior to the auction.
Our flat fee of $440 for combined building and pest inspections.
We use a qualified building inspector. They will arrange a full assessment, defect list and a pest inspection. Once completed a report will be emailed to you.
